Tracy naturally digs into her work and is thorough - meaning, you likely aren't going to have to ask her to do something, but you may have to ask her why she dives so deep! I have known Tracy since high school and much of her experience is in the medical field, along with housecleaning and organization (since she used to run her own housecleaning biz).
