About Tracy

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, caring, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I have a nurturing personality and I love caring for people. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my full time day job. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I started caring for my sister's 2 kids during the day while she worked. I did that for about 4 years. I also worked at a child development center when I was 18 until I turned 21 and joined the United States Air Force. I had my own child when I was 23, another at 31, and another at 38. I have also cared for several children over those 18 years. In my spare time, I like to read, sit on my front porch, and I love to go for walks. Especially in areas with lots of trees. One thing you should know about me is I am very compassionate. My skills include empathy, patience, and understanding. I have experience with many different personalities at all age ranges.
