I don't know if I can write a glowing-enough recommendation for Tyler! She is amazing. My son has autism and due to his sometimes significant behaviors and unpredictability around new people, it can be extremely difficult to find someone to watch over him on school breaks while I'm at work. Tyler was so incredibly qualified with special needs, particularly autism, and was not at all intimidated by the challenges of how moderate or severe behaviors might be. She was wonderful with my daughter as well, who likes to get her own special attention from sitters. She was responsive, timely, and reliable. And on top of ALL that, on more than one occasion while she was sitting for me, she took the time to go above and beyond to help clean and organize my house, which I did not ask or expect her to do but was SO grateful for as a single mom! I look forward to hiring her again when I need care for my kids, and I know she has a very promising career ahead of her in working with special needs children.
