About Vanessa

I have had the privilege of being an older sister of four kids. I loved my little brother and sister so much I would treat them as my own. I did a lot of baby-sitting growing up and in high school took a parent-child development class. My senior year I took a child development course at Lansing Community College. After graduating I worked at a preschool as a teacher assistant and lead teacher. We took a trip to New York for a NAEYC conference, an awesome learning experience! I also took care of a child I met through the preschool at his own home. More recently, I was a full time babysitter for 2 years. I've been fortunate to have such great experiences with children, now I have the pleasure of enjoying my boys grow up, ever so quickly. I hope for everyone to enjoy children's unique personalities as much as I do. My boys and I love to be active and learn through having fun. I also have years of experience as a home health aide.
