About Vanessa

I enjoy working with children, in all developmental stages. I work as a registered nurse and enjoy caring for children as a hobby. Helping children with their learning activities, potty training, taking them to the library or park and playground to interact with other children and develop social skills, cooking dinner, giving a bath, and reading a bedtime story before bed. My favorite activity with kids is when it's play time! It's interesting to see where they are at in their developmental stage and root for them to keep going! I can also help with discipline, I will definitley correct them and will not be shy in implementing strategies to help them understand what is right and wrong. Taking away a favorite toy or providing distractions to help redirect bad behavior. I have two energetic twin year old boys that are 4 years old, so I know all about the patience needed in raising them
