I have hired many caregivers for my father and the day Victoria became my father's caregiver was the day I could breathe a sigh of relief. She is as good as it gets. My 95-year old father has a host of issues - recurring UTI's, battling cancer, crippling GI issues and needs a lot of assistance in all aspects of daily living. Victoria dug right in and provides 100% top notch care. She willingly takes on additional shifts when there is a need. When my father's needs became greater and he needed overnight care, Victoria volunteered to add overnight shifts to her week. She takes initiative and is dependable; I know I can count on her. She is a great cook and my father enjoys her special home made treats. Victoria's greatest gift is her dedication and commitment to providing nurturing care. I live 300 miles away and Victoria has made managing my father's care from afar so much easier.
