About Wendy

Currently, I am the mother of 4 children, ages 19, 17, 14 and 10. Each of my children are in at least one type of accelerated program and are honors students. I left my full time career to be a stay-at-home Mom. When my oldest was less than a year old, I had the opportunity to offer in-home daycare services. While earning my BA at Penn State University, I was a camp counselor for the pre-k age group and taught horseback riding lessons to the older children. While employed by the School District, I assisted special needs children in the classroom. I love spending time with the kids. I believe in the importance of arts and crafts, music, dance, sports, games, eating well, reading and time outdoors. My professional experience includes Travel Consultant. I held a position at an insurance company as a Commercial Lines Processor and an owner/operator of two restaurants. My expertise in the travel and hospitality fields coupled with my motherly instinct enables me to be a great listener, have patience and be accommodating to everyone's needs.
