I am a 47yr old male. I recently stopped being an in home caregiver for a special needs, bi-polar, gentleman with some mobility issues because he moved to a nursing home. I was his personal caregiver for over 7 years. I did everything you could imagine a caregiver would do, including all housework, meal prep, help with bathing and dressing, laundry, monitor and administer meds, run errands and take to and from Dr appointments, etc. Though senior care-giving is what I have been doing it's not necessarily what I am looking for. I would be very happy to do special needs child care-giving after school and on weekends. I am reliable, flexible, easy to get along with and detail oriented. I am very patient as well. I get along well with kids and love animals as I have a few myself. I have CPR and first aid cert. I can provide excellent references. As far as hobbies my main one is photography, primarily youth sports photography.
