Xiomara is very professional, caring and kind. She works well with my mother (who has dementia) and understands the disease. My mom can be hard to deal with sometimes, but Xiomara is able to calm her down and maintain control of the situation. Xiomara is always on time, or early. This enables a smooth transition from one caregiver to another. I really appreciate her, and look forward to her shifts!
