Yadira is super sweet and nice. She seems great and trustworthy. I felt comfortable having her in my home. But, she is not reliable on timing or commitments to coming to your home. She also would confirm and not show up or be late all the time. She does not do hourly cleaning although she applied to my hourly cleaning job. So I would recommend her only for a full house one flat rate time role. She changed her mind after committing to us that she didn't want to clean what she could in 3 hours twice a week. Her cleaning is great as well. So overall I wish it could have worked out as she is great at what she does when she comes.
