Yairet has helped care for my twin 2-year-olds for the past 5 months-present on occasion. She is very caring and attentive to my kiddos' needs. Every time she comes the kids are so excited to see her and always ask about her after she leaves. She communicates effectively and is very respectful of the boundaries we have set in our home.
