Yolande took wonderful home care of my mother following a stroke that partially disabled her. She is extremely compassionate and completely trustworthy. She played a strong supportive role in our lives for the duration of my mother's time back at home. Yolande was instrumental in making the return home possible. Her experience caring for the elderly handicapped was evident from day one. -was my guide for everything -effective communicator of current and potential issues for remediation -ensured my mother's safety -assisted with bathing, dressing, preparing and feeding meals and administering medications. -took charge of safety/comfort when transporting to medical appointments -took her for walks in wheelchair weather permitting -regular cleaning/house was tidy and clean -did laundry and changed bed linens -showed care and sympathy, was true companion Even though we knew it was the end at the hospital in November, Yolande came to sit with her on the last day--caring & supportive!
