As a childcare provider with five years of experience, my passion for caring for children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. Watching children grow and develop fills me with joy, and I am committed to supporting families by providing a safe and nurturing environment. My calm and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children, while my patience enables me to handle challenging situations with understanding. I believe in open communication with parents . I'm happy to follow the parents' lead in terms of enforcing household rules. I enjoy engaging children in various activities that promote learning and development, including outdoor sports, educational games, and arts and crafts. I am comfortable caring for multiple kids at a time. My current family has 5 boys and I've been with them for 4 years . I speak English and Spanish.
