Hi! I have over 8 years of experience working with kids of all ages. I have been a registered behavior technician for a little over 2 years, too. Children learn by example so I take pride in making sure I model the behavior that I would like for my kiddos to exhibit. My experience as a behavior technician allows me to handle, redirect and help replace inappropriate behaviors. Some things about me: -I'm bilingual! Fluent in both English and Spanish -I'm learning ASL! -I love to cook for others -I make all my activities child-led but I also love to incorporate art/cooking as activities that facilitate the process of pairing with my kiddos -Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum/with ADHD/Cerebral palsy -I treat all children with respect, dignity and compassion I'd describe my personality as kind, fun, understanding In my spare time, I like to workout, cook, write poetry, take my dog for walks, spend quality time with the people I love
