We hired her to watch our 7 month old son part time for a few months between maternity leave and starting daycare. She seems a little shy/quiet at first, but after we hired her, she came in her first day asking excellent questions about our schedule and his likes/dislikes. She was always on time, took great care of him, played with him a ton at home and took him to lots of walkable neighborhood activities. My 2.5 year old daughter also looked forward to seeing her everyday even though we only asked Zaynne to watch her a few times. Would hire her again in a minute and would recommend her to anyone looking.
