This program is designed to provide enjoyable activities that help students ease into their day and prepare for school. At the end of Before Care, younger children will be escorted directly to their classrooms, while older children will walk to their classes independently. Please note, we do not provide breakfast. You are welcome to send a snack or breakfast with your child if needed. *All children must be registered prior to attending.* and must have submitted all required documents to the Director of Before Care. In this high-energy Impromptu Intensive, students take on fast-paced speaking challenges, unexpected prompts, and creative games designed to sharpen their ability to think on their feet, communicate confidently, and connect with others. Students will jump into multiple rounds of impromptu speaking where they respond to fun, thought-provoking, and sometimes surprising prompts. The focus isn’t memorization — it’s learning how to quickly structure ideas, stay calm under pressure, and speak with confidence in real-life situations. Along the way, students also build stronger social confidence, learning how to contribute in group conversations, respond thoughtfully to others, and express their ideas comfortably in front of peers. Cancellations made 30+ days before the camp start date: refund minus the 20% deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date: No refund unless we can fill your spot, in which case you’ll receive camp credit minus the 20% deposit. All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email. Transfers to another camp week may be requested (based on availability). Lil' Chefs will cook and bake classics like cookies, mac & cheese, fluffy pancakes, cupcakes, pizza, burritos, sliders, donuts, crispy French fries - and plenty of surprise favorites. Comfort food heaven, made from scratch! (Note: The menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability.) ABOUT SUMMER CAMP: Whether your child likes to bake, create, roast, sauté, fry, or blend, we have a camp for all interests. Our camps are organized into 3 age groups, so all chefs team up with their peers. All chefs will get to taste everything that they cook. All recipes will be sent home for later preparation. A child may also pack up any uneaten tastings to share at home. This is a hands-on cooking camp. Unless you purchase a 30-minute Pre-Care pass, you may arrive NO MORE THAN 10 minutes early for check-in, and you MUST stay with your child until the start of camp. Family Fun PIZZA Night Workshop Join us for Family Fun PIZZA Night Workshop for the whole family! Work together as a family to complete 2-3 recipes and enjoy the food you've made at the end of class. Where they are: Children are ready to embark on a classroom experience without their adults by their side. What to expect in class: A playful twist on a traditional preschool/pre-k class. Children will develop the fundamental skills necessary for reading and writing as we explore letter recognition, phonics, sight words, spelling, and comprehension. They will build social skills during Gathering Time, while exploring the day’s fun and imaginative theme, and during Show and Share.
