DRAGONS & UNICORNS Join us for an afternoon of art that is fun and a blast of creativity! At this camp we will design a unique painting of Unicorse, the funny puppet unicorn from the hit show Bluey. Paintings are made using acrylic paint on canvas board. At this camp your child will get to learn about art, get their creative juices flowing, and have fun creating their own work of art. In this class, students will get their hands on many different materials to create artwork as they learn and develop their art skills. The elements of art and design will be taught in this fun, laid-back, and very safe environment, taught by a certified art teacher! All supplies are included! Summer Semester (May-August) Exercise the imagination at the Art House. This class is designed for kindergarten through 2nd grade aged children to help them learn and develop fine motor skills through creating art! Your child will practice using scissors, holding a pencil and paint brush, and much more through drawing, painting, and sculpting. Students produce a variety of projects with various mediums and subjects in order to learn different techniques and skills in creating art. Classes are limited in sizes so sign your child up today!

***Enjoy the fun of Open Gym + we open our Art Studio for children to explore too! Sculpting, painting, collaging and sensory play! Play and create in the studio + enjoy free play on the playfloor. Children are given free range to explore the set-ups, with their adults within a hug’s reach. It's a great way to practice the skills your child learns in class. Summer Semester (May-August) This class is recommended for ages 12+ who have a basic knowledge of drawing, anime, and some experience with digital art. Digital Art Supplies REQUIRED. iPad with Apple Pencil preferred. Class is taught using the program Procreate for Apple iPad, which is strongly recommended. Other programs may suffice, but we cannot promise a 1:1 comparison of lessons for any other programs used. Experience in procreate preferred but not required. We will study what makes a cartoon "anime," different methods, techniques, and all the formal elements you need to create your own anime art and characters.
