About Claire

I'm a 25-year-old and just moved to Denver from Kentucky. I am living in the Belcaro neighborhood with a longtime family friend and her twin boys. I've been around kids my entire life; I'm surrounded by a family with siblings and cousins and have nannied for more than 10 years. Before moving here I had a full time job as the manager of a local store and also nannied for a family part time which was way more fun. I worked because I had to, but I nanny because I love being around kids. I know I am technically an "adult", but honestly if I had to choose between hanging out with adults or kids, I would choose kids, because at heart I am still just a big kid. I like doing activities with the kids, rather than just watching them do their own thing. I like to think of myself a modern day Mary Poppins, minus the flying umbrella and magical powers. I love to have fun but I will make sure the less-fun things get done too.
