Ny name is Gianna, I have worked in childcare for 4 years with all ages but majority of my time has been spent as a lead teacher in the infant room (3mo-18mo) I am CPR/FA certified and also MAT trained. Throughout my years at the daycare, I have acquired many training hours. I love working with children! It is so rewarding to watch them grow and see the influence I have made in their lives. There are children that are now in the 4-year-old room who still remember me and it just warms my heart! If I was the right fit for your child or children, I would make sure to follow whatever schedules you have for them (or help you create one if needed!), spend time helping them achieve their developmental goals (gross/fine motor, communication, etc.), and do art projects and activities!
