I have worked with children in various capacities most of my life. After receiving my Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a minor in Child Development, I worked as a teacher and then director of a preschool. I also participated in a model Infant Toddler program. Most recently, I worked for the Carlsbad Unified School District as an Instructional Aide in Special Education and as a one on one aide for a kindergartener in a private school. I am very flexible in terms of hours and days and I love being with children. While I was at home raising my daughter, I was involved in mommy and me classes and volunteered in her classroom. My past experiences have provided me with the skills and education necessary to be an excellent caregiver. I cannot think of a more rewarding and fulfilling experience than being able to nurture and care for young children and help them grow and develop in a positive way.

Jane is a very loving nanny and truly enjoys spending time with children. She enjoys seeing them grow and develop. She was nanny to our son (now 18 months) for over a year. She was always on time, and we knew we could count on her to care for our son. She was open to doing what we requested (e.g., making sure our son had naps at certain times and practicing walking, doing arts/crafts). She has been a great nanny and we would definitely recommend her.
