About Jennifer

Hi! My name is Jenny, and I am a former NYC DOE as Special Education teacher. Currently, I am a school administrator at a boarding school. As a teacher and tutor, I foster positive student-teacher relationships to create an environment where students are willing to try new and difficult things. My goal is to make learning fun! I have worked as an in-class and private tutor for elementary and middle school students, and most recently taught 9th Grade Special Education in an ICT setting, serving both neurodivergent and neurotypical students in Science, History, and Math. I would love to work with you to ensure that educational and behavioral goals you have for your student are met, and with your child's primary teachers to ensure all learning services your child's success and further confidence in the classroom.
