Our seniors are a beloved part of our life. It is not easy, changing roles, as we now care for the ones who took care of us. After 10 years of in-home care of my mom, I know the challenges and all the sweetness, holding their hand, combing their hair or curling it. Puréeing their food into shakes, so they can get it all down, even a pot roast and potato shake. I miss my mom every day. I miss my dad. Love every moment with them.
