As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider, I have a deep-rooted passion for nurturing the growth and well-being of children. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles and nannying in the summers, where I discovered the immense joy of positively impacting young lives. This inspired me to pursue a career as a childcare provider, where I could offer reliable and supportive care to families. My calm and patient demeanor creates a nurturing environment for children, while my friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with them. I prioritize open communication with parents, ensuring they receive regular updates about their child's day and any matters that arise. I adapt my communication style to the parents' preferred method, whether it's verbal communication during pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. My current work as a registered nurse allows me to have a flexible schedule which varies on a weekly basis.
