Whether it's a verbal update during pickup or regular text or phone call updates, I ensure that parents are informed about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method to make sure we're on the same page. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead. My role is to support their parenting style and ensure that the children understand and respect the established boundaries. As for activities, I love engaging children in various games that promote physical, mental, and social development.
