About Lauren

I'd describe my personality as kind hearted, curious, & fun! I like working with kids because I think the world has a lot to learn from them and it's amazing to watch people become who they are. I started working with kids when I was very young, preteen. My aunt was a principal of an elementary school and I spent every summer volunteering with her and helping out with the children in the summer programs. I also taught ballet to 3&4-year-olds as well as volunteered for vacation bible school. In my spare time, I like to hang out by my pool, craft, learn new things, read, journal, & go to the beach! My skills include teaching new things but still incorporating the child's individual needs and interests, understanding behaviors and talking through them, and having fun!!
