About Marie

I find it rewarding to be a nanny because it allows me to not only be surrounded by children, but to use my skills and experience. I began work in a childcare facility in 1997 and remained there until 2005, when I was hired for a nanny position. I began care for the family shortly after birth of their first child. I nurtured and cared for their two boys from birth until the youngest son started elementary school. My next nanny position was from 2013 to recently. I cared for two girls, the youngest from 6 months old until a kindergarten ready 5-year-old. My job roles have evolved over the years, providing a loving safe environment with age appropriate activities always at the heart of my job. I have cared for infants through school aged children. Providing a consistent routine with flexibility is important to me. I have a genuine enthusiasm for children, patients and sensitivity to varying needs. Some of my favorite activities would include story time, outside play and art activities.
