I have a Bachelor's Degree of Nursing and a License Registered Nurse in the Philippines and a Certified Phlebotomist here in the US. Worked in the Hospital for 4 years and 5 years in Medical Clinic. Experienced in assisting minor & major surgery, Assessing and monitoring patient, taking medical history and vital signs, giving medication, EKG, Stress Test, Spirometry. Worked as CNA when I migrated in the US since 2009. Experienced in working with the patient in short and long term facility with different cases. Assists patient with their activities of daily living skills, including bathing, hair care and dressing. Helping patient to and from the bathroom. Assesses, monitors and supervises patient to ensure their health, safety and welfare. Experienced working with patient with Alzheimer's Dementia with Parkinson's. The knowledge gained through my education and hands on experience has prepared me well to work in an environment that would utilized my nursing skills.
