I have worked as a both a tutor and substitute teacher in the Shawnee Mission and Hickman Mills school district. I am patient, kind, and encouraging. I am an innovative coach. I am keen at assessing skill levels and thinking of different approaches for the particular student I am working with. It is my opinion that the most important attribute a teacher can hold is the ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of the student. We interviewed Paula for the possibility of tutoring our daughter. She was on time, very personable, and was willing to think outside the box when thinking about how to tutor and help my daughter.
