About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, compassionate, and ambitious. I like working with kids because I want to impact them as much as they impact me. I believe kids have the ability to bring out the best in us like we have the ability to bring out the best in them. I also have grown up taking care of kids so it comes natural to me. It is genuinely something I have always loved to do! I'm looking for a job that is rewarding and challenging. I want to gain new skills! I started working with kids when I was 15. Since then I have had many babysitting gigs, a full-time summer nanny position, and a staff position at The Boys and Girls Club of Tippecanoe County. Also growing up I helped take care of my foster siblings! In my spare time, I like to workout, attend church, play pickle ball, and spend time with my friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I am studying to be a social worker. My skills include emotional intelligence, patience, and active listening.
