About Samuel

Hello there! I'm Sam, an elementary educator of 7 years. I currently work as an elementary Humanities Coach specializing in ELA and Social Studies, but I have worked and taught all subjects from Grades 1 - 6. I work with students' interests to help them become better writers by giving them work meaningful to them. I have a variety of experiences, and I am open to questions about what I can do for your scholar. As a professional educator I have two essential commitments: being able to inspire children's creativity and academic interest by exploring the enticing world we live in and defining ones' self within that world, and preparing them for the future by tempering their literary/communicative skills that will keep them informed and provide them with a voice. I hope to bring these values to you!
