Knowing first hand how much goes into caring for loved ones. I have been a Home Health Aide since 1988. Working for families through agencies and privately throughout Western, MA. My career started with caring for the pediatric population, which transitioned into geriatric care within skilled nursing facilities and private home care. My demeanor is happy and encouraging, along with professional, mature, good companionship and communication skills. Hands on skills are as follows, (assistance with meal prep, bathing, dressing, bathroom, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, encouraging mobility and mental stimulation through conversing and laughter). My 24 plus years of education in Therapeutic/Alternative Therapies has allowed me to combine all my skills, deepening my understanding of how Mind, Body and Soul works together.
